Walk & Location Information

At less than 3 miles the walk is flat and wheel chair/buggy friendly. Short enough to allow children to take part without getting too tired the route takes in some of the most historic places along the river and has some lovely, picturesque, views of the Thames - so bring your camera! There are plenty of places to stop, sit, and ponder the clues along the way.

The pub is wheel chair accessible with lifts between floors. Children are welcome in the non-licensed upper floors and terrace. A Carvery lunch is served between 12 & 9pm. They do get very busy but bookings are not taken so get there early! A large selection of beers, lagers, wines and spirits are served. The pub overlooks the river and has a pleasant atmosphere. It has been used as a venue for film and TV sets.
