Walk Information

The Stepping Stones is in Westhumble Street, Westhumble, between Box Hill & Westhumble Station and the Burford Bridge roundabout on the A24.They are offering their normal opening hours and food service and 4 real ales.

There is parking at the pub but they prefer people not to use it unless they are on the premises. There are 2 large car parks close by at the A24 roundabout. There is also street parking opposite the pub, and the station car park. However, we would reccomend the A24 car parks.

The walk is reasonably level and good going, but there are 2 short climbs and some very short sections that could be muddy or have long wet grass. We
suggest that people wear suitable winter boots. They should also bring some slip on shoes for the pub.

We expect to set out at 10:30. The walk will be 1 to 1.5 hours depending on fitness! The walk is a long loop and it is very easy to shorten the walk if
conditions are difficult or people are struggling. We would expect to get back at 12;00 in time to order food without problems.
