Walk Information:
This is a lovely pub with an extensive beer garden overlooking the river Wey. The Stag offers a cosy, friendly atmosphere with a well stocked bar of real ales, lagers, spirits and fine wines. Hot and cold food is served up until 15:00Hrs on Sunday but the home cooked food is very popular and it is advisable to arrive early or book. It can be difficult to park and people not intending to eat are asked to park along the road towards the A3 and not block the cark park which is reserved for diners.

This is a lovely walk of approximately 31/2 miles (5.5 km) set in the beautiful Surrey Hills. It is mostly flat with only one stile and we will pass many interesting sights to see with a wealth of history and an abundance of wildlife. This area is mentioned in the Doomsday Book and is popular with outdoor enthusiasts. I can promise you an unusual walk and if you only do one walk this year, make it this one. Do not miss!
