Location:
Leatherhead is a short distance from junction 9 of the M25.
The town has a one way system and a pedestrianised town centre. The Running Horse is in Bridge Street, a very short distance from the Town Centre and, in a car, best approached by either Guildford Road (from the west) or Bull Hill and North Street (from the north). There is no vehicle access from Church Street (south) or along the High Street.

Public Transport:
Leatherhead is well served with trains and busses. The Running Horse is about 12 minutes walk from the station and only a very short distance along Bridge Street from the town shopping centre.

STARTERS

STAGE I
Stage begins at the far end of the bridge on the left hand side.Turn right out of the pub and cross the bridge over the river.Head straight on to the roundabout.The stage ends at the left turn before the railway bridge.

STAGE II
Cross the road and turn left towards the Leisure Centre. Follow the road on the right hand side to the Leisure Centre and then keep straight on along the path.The stage ends at the 4 way finger post.

8. Guacamole Bar now has accommodation for the blind.

STAGE III
Turn right at the 4 way finger post. Head up the incline to the bridge over the railway. Follow the path around to the left. At the fork, take the right turn up the hill. The stage ends at the green gate.

STAGE IV
At the fork take the left path. Cross the main road and follow the side road down to Bockett's farm. The stage ends at the small building on the left before the entrance to the Tea-rooms.

STAGE V
Stage 5 Continue on from Bockett's farm. The path eventually comes to a field, turn right for 100 yards and then turn left. The path runs past the end of a line of trees down to the railway line. Follow the path under the railway bridge down to the river where the stage ends.

STAGE VI
At the river turn left. Follow the path by the river and then by the meadow to the green steel kissing gate where the stage ends.

STAGE VII
You are back at the start of stage 3. Turn right and ignore anything before the yellow fire hydrant post. Follow the path to the river bridge. Turn left just before the bridge and follow the path by the river to the road bridge where stage 1 started.The walk ends here. Turn right across the bridge back to the pub.
